Active Breathwork Class

This is an active 60-minute breathwork experience designed to help you release stress, increase energy, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive environment. Through guided rhythmic breathing, music, and intentional body awareness, this class creates space for both an emotional release and a nervous system reset.

*This breathwork class is not appropriate for any individuals who are currently pregnant.
