I had the pleasure of working with Rose postpartum for my C-section recovery, and the experience was truly incredible. She helped me work through scar tissue, sciatic pain, and rebuilding my core strength with care, expertise, and compassion.
Rose truly took the time to listen to all my concerns and tailored each session to what I needed most, making me feel genuinely seen and supported throughout my recovery.

I highly recommend Foundations for pelvic floor PT. I had a traumatic birth that resulted in a lot of muscle weakness. I started PT at about 5 months postpartum because I was still experiencing pain while walking.
After 6 weeks of PT with Lexie I was able to run around with my nieces and nephews again. I am so thankful I found this place and was able to work with Lexie, who is incredibly welcoming and fun. With her help, my body was able to heal. Also, I was able to bring my baby to the sessions and he had a great time in the studio listening to music and watching everyone exercise.

Rachel at Foundations Pelvic Health has been such an amazing resource for me both during my pregnancy and postpartum.
She has helped me stay active, providing proper modifications and recommending when to decrease or increase intensity. My postpartum recovery was smooth and I attribute that to working closely with Rachel. Highly recommend and so grateful for her guidance!
