Kind Words

  • “If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I began seeing Donna at 6 weeks postpartum as I wanted to get back to marathon running safely, thoughtfully and strong. Donna is an incredible provider, meeting me where I was at and focused on my continued healing and developing strength to ready my body for higher impact activity. I have been lucky enough to also work with both Rose and Khaleela, and they all approach care with curiosity and compassion and if I could, I would force every friend to go to Foundations! I feel so much stronger now, 18 months postpartum than I did before I was pregnant. Not only have I been able to bring my son to appointments, I PRed 2 marathons, 2 weeks apart by over 40 minutes (!!) and I truly credit Foundations with getting me to that point. I could write a novel about my love and gratitude for this place, but in summary, they are the best and do not hesitate to get started!”

  • “I felt so supported in my regaining my postpartum core and pelvic floor strength. Khaleela was warm, wonderful, and helpful, and I will miss our weekly sessions. A real plus that the lovely PTs at Foundations Pelvic Health are cool with you bringing your baby -- it makes it a whole lot easier to schedule PT when you don't also have to negotiate childcare for a young baby.”

  • “Can’t say enough great things about Donna! She is incredibly thorough in her assessments and patient work and was able to identify the root cause of my hip and hip flexor pain actually as a core/TA issue after having two babies. She used traditional PT exercises and stretching techniques as well as massage and dry needling to really help accelerate my healing. I am so grateful to her for helping me get back to myself and my exercise routine again!”

  • “I wanted to send Rose a huge THANK YOU for all the work she helped me put in. With Rose’s help, I had an amazing VBAC! I only pushed for an hour and had NO STITCHES! I really credit her expertise in helping prepare my body for my VBAC. I feel like super woman!”

  • “Donna is AMAZING. Most women do not talk openly about pelvic floor disorders. The issues are personal — very personal. After trying another PT, I all but gave up. Then, I found Donna. She’s an incredible listener and so easy to talk with. Donna took the time to get to know me as well as my pesky pelvic floor. We shared the joys of improved bodily functions. I feel like a completely new person….and am singing Donna’s praises all over.”

  • “Rose is incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. I saw her postpartum with the goals of returning to running and continuing to recover from delivery. She was easy to talk to about my issues and goals, created a program that is helping me get stronger, and was available via email to answer follow up questions after appointments. Rose also welcomed my baby to our appointments and regularly held her while I exercised, enabling me to care for myself.”

  • “I had a terrific experience with Dr. Rose Sievewright at Foundations Pelvic Health. I saw Dr. Rose around 4 months postpartum, and she helped me work through pelvic pain that I had been experiencing since pregnancy. In just a few sessions, Dr. Rose helped me regain my pelvic strength and increase my functionality and confidence. Now I am virtually pain free. Dr. Rose is everything you'd want in a doctor, particularly during the vulnerable postpartum period: knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. I can't recommend Foundations and Dr. Rose enough!”

  • “Dr. Rose and the staff at Foundations Pelvic Health were instrumental throughout my third pregnancy and my postpartum recovery -- I wish I had known about them with my first two pregancies! Dr. Rose was kind, relatable, great at listening to what my concerns were, and working with me to come up with solutions that were attainable. Both she and Allison were so helpful at following up, checking in, and helping book appointments around my schedule/childcare and also welcomed my little one with me to the clinic when I couldn't find alternative care! I recommend Dr. Rose to anyone and everyone who will listen and am so grateful I was under her care. Thank you!”

  • “Foundations is incredible. Dr. Rose had me back to my beloved running and Pilates routines by 12 weeks postpartum. She is extremely knowledgeable in all things pelvic floor well beyond simply exercise not to mention incredibly kind and fun to work with. I am beyond grateful!”

  • “I'd highly recommend Rose and Foundations Pelvic Health! I started seeing her for back pain in my third trimester, which quickly resolved with her help, then saw her again for labor & delivery prep and post-partum recovery. She's so kind and empathetic, and I'm grateful to have had her guidance and expertise!”

  • “Thank you to Rose and the team for an amazing experience at Foundations! I was nervous about starting pelvic floor PT for vaginismus, but Rose created a comfortable and safe environment every step of the way. The first half of our sessions were conversation based - this included sharing more about my experience with vaginismus, and learning about the pelvic floor. The second half was physical, where we worked on manual stretching, and/or dilator therapy. Since working with Rose, I've been able to successfully have a pain free pelvic exam, and penetrative sex!”
