In-Clinic Treatment

 In this hour-long session at our Boston physical therapy clinic, we address your symptoms, assess movement patterns and create a personalized treatment plan to support your goals. Each visit is tailored to the patient and may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education.

Virtual and Telehealth Visits

Virtual pelvic floor physical therapy sessions with our pelvic floor physical therapists are perfect for those who can’t make it to the clinic, are traveling, or live outside of Boston. In these 30-minute or hour-long telehealth sessions we release, mobilize and strengthen the body to find optimal wellness.

Manual Therapy | This treatment type includes soft tissue mobilization, trigger point release, joint mobilization, fascial mobilization and release, dry needling, myofascial release (internal and external), scar mobilization, abdominal massage, visceral manipulation.
