Postpartum Strength Series
We know there’s a lot of noise out there — conflicting advice, Instagram hacks, and outdated postpartum fitness myths. In this class, you’ll get real, evidence-based guidance from a specialist who knows how to safely progress your movement and tailor it to what your body truly needs.
Foundations for Moms is a small group mom and baby movement series designed specifically for postpartum recovery and strengthening, led by Dr. Rachel Cortright, our perinatal pelvic floor specialist.
We’re thrilled to be partnering with JET Boston (South End) to bring this offering to the neighborhood. It’s a collaboration rooted in supporting local moms with expert care, real connection, and a space to build strength. We'll be popping up in their Powerhouse Pilates VIBE studio (435a Columbus Ave) to teach this series!
Each 50-minute class blends breath work, core and pelvic floor integration, mobility, and whole-body strength — helping you feel more stable, connected, and confident in your body. This series offers the tools and support to help you rebuild in a way that actually works for your body.
And just as important: you won’t be doing this alone. You’ll be moving alongside a small, supportive group of moms and their babies.
While you will definitely get your sweat on, this is more than a workout. It’s a place to move and reconnect — with your core, your strength, and a community that gets it.

📍 Location: downstairs of Powerhouse Pilates (435a Columbus Ave) in the South End, Boston
📅 Dates: 1pm on Wednesdays in December – 3, 10, 17 and 1pm Tuesday 12/23
💵 Cost: $200 for the 4-week series
