“I struggled with a tight pelvic floor for many years and Rose was patient and understanding throughout the entire process. I can proudly say I have reached my treatment goals and will be maintaining my treatment from home in a relatively short period of time.

I cannot thank Rose enough, and I will miss our sessions. She is kind, compassionate, and a fun person to talk to (which is so needed when you are experiencing pain). I am so grateful for Foundations Pelvic Health and would highly recommend them to anyone on a pelvic health treatment journey.”

Kind Words from Our Patients

I worked with Rose last semester after struggling with vaginismus for quite some time, and she was absolutely amazing. She's incredibly knowledgable, was so supportive throughout the entire process, and fixed a problem I thought would never truly go away. I was really nervous about starting pelvic floor therapy, but she made the process so approachable. If you're looking for treatment for vaginismus, I truly don't think you'll find anywhere in Boston better than Foundations Pelvic Health.

I have had two operations for endometriosis etc. which took until 25 years old to fully diagnose as Stage 2-3. I have seen many therapists and multiple doctors over the years. Donna is by far the best pelvic therapist I have pleasurably worked with. These appointments can be difficult but all of my visits we have great conversation and honestly laugh a lot, she makes it feel like a fun nail appointment!

Donna has gone above and beyond with last minute pain management appointments because as we know, it can happen at anytime.

I can't stress enough how incredible this practice is. The entire team is so welcoming and accommodating. The calm energy is exactly what you need when dealing with an injury. Dr. Rachel is truly incredible. She created a plan to get me where I needed to be. All of the sessions felt purposeful + her take home exercises greatly contributed to my recovery. Even now I find myself doing the exercises to prevent new injuries.
